The Mosaic Computing Support helpdesks also offer support for personal and campus owned stand-alone computers. Our services include, but are not lmited to:

  • Virus/malware detection and removal
  • General troubleshooting
  • Software installations

We also offer PC & Mac system purchasing consultation for both incoming and current students, as well as guidance with campus-owned PCS system purchasing by faculty and staff.
